Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voxpense, an AI-powered budget and expense management application operated by Pixerfect LLP ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Voxpense, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Voxpense. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Use of the Service

Voxpense lets you track income and expenses, create budgets and savings goals, automate recurring payments with AutoPay, and record transactions using voice commands. You maintain a virtual account by adding financial information yourself; Voxpense does not connect to your bank account, debit card, or credit card.

You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its systems, or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation or security of the app.
• Use the app to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or misleading content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

Financial Data & Disclaimer

Voxpense is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All figures, budgets, reports, and insights are based on the information you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you record and for decisions you make based on it.

AI & Voice Features

Voice recognition and AI categorization aim to interpret your input accurately, including in English and Hindi, but results may not always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing and, where needed, correcting transactions created from voice commands or automated categorization.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by Pixerfect LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the financial data you enter.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services (for example, app stores, cloud hosting, or AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Privacy

Your use of Voxpense is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it to understand our practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
